Freeks Burgers

Freeks Burgers are much, much better than those burgers from the famous fastfood-restaurants!
They're better because they are prepared with fresh ingredients and the meat simply does taste much better.

You can wake me up in the middle of the night for such a Burger :-)

Ok, let's get started!
For the burger you need:

- 500 grams minced meat
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 spoons of you favorite Barbecue Sauce
(I use Sweet Baby Rays or Jim Beam Barbecue Sauce)
- 1 teaspoon seasalt
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Tabasco

Mix all the ingredients and form a couple of burgers.
Grill them 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Garnish a bun with some salad, some cheese, mayonaise, sliced red unions, some sliced jalapeno peppers and some of you favorite Barbecue Sauce.

I wish all lots of fun creating your own Super Burger!
